Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation with required depth including removal of excavated soil/slush etc. ,dressing of bed and sides ,dewatering (if any) of trenches till construction upto ground level is achieved and disposal of excavated soil as directed by the Engineer incharge including all leads ,lifts and Carriage by mechanical means as required complete. (All kinds of soils.)

Filling available excavated earth (Excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation under floors etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including all leads and lifts complete.

Providing and laying stone soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footings ,floors etc. including carriages of materials from source to site of work complete in all respects.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade (1:4:8) mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size crushed) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Providing and laying in position specified grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crushed) of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto roof level.

Providing form work including Centering ,shuttering , strutting, propping etc.using ply wood sheeting with water proofing ply board (12 mm min.thickness) and removal of the same for All type of works at all levels including facia etc.

Reinforcement for R. C. C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars .( All work at all levels complete.)

Brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 cement coarse sand).

Half-Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth in and above plinth upto floor 5 level:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall in (1 cement: 6 fine sand mix). Upto floor V level complete in all respects (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete).( All type of works at all levels including facia etc.)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone agg.) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excl. the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (40mm thick with 20mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate)

Polygonal /Random rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quarry in foundation and plinth including cost of bond stones. (Dry masonry.)
