Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 15.2.1)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 15.7.4)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (4.1.2)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: Under 20 cm wide (DSR 5.9.16.1)

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): From brick work in cement mortar as per direction of Engineer in charge. (DSR 15.8.3)

Brick work with machine moulded perforated F.P.S. bricks of class designation 125 conforming IS : 2222-1991 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Brick on edge flooring with old machine moulded perforated /FPS bricks on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, using 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (DSR 15.60)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(D.S.R-16.83)
