Note:- Three run of 4 sqmm wire and One run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one running meter.

M&L for Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil through filteration and dehydration machine by means of continuous circulation of transformer oil through filteration and dehydration machine till dielectric strength of the oil is achieved up to 50 KV for one minute at 4 mm gap and oil is completely filtered. Note: 1.Oil samples are to collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up /replacement of new transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4mm gap in transformers conforming to IS - 335 / 1983 of various cap installed in various locations . Make of Transformer oil: Power Oil / Indian Oil / Apar Note : New Transformer oil in the transformer will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test cert.

M&L for disconnection of electric supply, dismantling the top cover, carefully, taking out old gasket and replacement of the same with and including new cork sheet, cleaning of the conservator tank, breather assembly, replacement of silica gel, oil level looking glass, bushings, gasket, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including connecting up complete for Tranformers 22 / 0.433 kV of different capacities all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective item except 6 mm thick tope cover cork sheet gasket.

M&L for Scrubing of old rusted paint from transformer and preparation of surfaces for fresh painting. Painting of transformer by means of spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of transformer up cap 25 KVA to 315 KVA and writing SM NO/MES NO of the transformer.

Supply only S/S Nut, bolts, washers of required sizes.

M&L for scrubbing down the old patchy / blistered paint of the outdoor type LT Panel / feeder Pillar Box of size not exceeding 2.5mtr x 2.5 Mtr x 0.60 Mtr and painting all the metal parts inside and outside of doors with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer after carrying out repairs / replacement to the door hinges ./ locks, welding the broken doors complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge at site.

M&L for removing the old burnt out wires, cleaning the panel compartments, cleaning the contacts with CTC spray, carrying out repairs to the old unsv burnt out control wiring / panel wirng of the LT Pane;l / feeder Pillar with copper conductor cable provided with multistranded copper conductor cable terminated with thimbles / lugs, connecting up complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge at site.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 415 Volt 16 KA, 4 Pole 63 Amps capacity. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make:ABB/Siemens/Hager.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED Flood Luminaire of 100 Watt (MAGNUM) with high pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 65 Protection .Make:Bajaj CAT Part No BJFL 100W LED S or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in replacement of SPD up to 50 KA complete all as specified and as directed .Make:Bajaj or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED DRIVER for 45 to 150 watt street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed .Make:Bajaj or equivalent to CG/Philips/Wipro.

Taking down streetlight fitting / security lights / Building any type from pole /wall and refix the same in its own position including repair and replacement of unserviciable parts and testing complete . NOTE :-(i) Spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid separatel under respective item of Sch A. (ii) Rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of minor spares not catered for in the subject CA.

Dismantling the unserviceable stator coil assembly from the 62.5 KVA DG Set Alternator transporting the same to the workshop to carry out the following repairs:- (a) Stripping down the old burnt copper winding and rewinding the same with same size of super enameled copper wire, replacing the insulation paper sheet after properly cleaning the slots and providing appropriate impregnated insulation material including varnishing the complete assembly with class 'E' insulation and baking the same in an oven, reassembling and refixing stator cover with new nut bolts transporting and installing the repaired equipments to the site with final testing complete all as specified. (b) Removing the old unserviceable terminal box connecting wires with lugs and refixing with new terminal box with connecting wires and copper lugs and terminal nut bolts (c ) Removing the unserviceable RRA Diode assembly and Coupling rubber bush and providing the new rubber coupling bush complete all as specified. (d) Replacement of shaft seal of drive shaft. (e) Repair/Replacement of Voltage control unit (AVR) including necessary repair and also replacement of rectifier and testing complete (f) Removing the fuel injector Pump from the engine, for servicing, overhauling including replacement of 'O' Rings and Washers and reassembling/refixing in position and testing. Also servicing the fuel injectors and replacing the washers and 'O' Rings reassembling and calibration of fuel injector and refixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old UNSV filters wth new filters with rubber 'O' ring complete all as specified following DG Sets:- (a) 62.5 KVA (Air Force / Tropo) (i) Fuel Filter

(ii) Lub Oil Filter

(iii) By pass oil filter

(iv) CR filter plate & 'O' ring

(v) Air filter (inner and outer)

M&L for dismantling of radiator complete from DG Sets cleaning / scraping from outside of the radiator, cleaning of all copper tubes of radiator with descalling solution from inside & out side with forced feed method (by using separate chemical pump, water pump & compressor) also plugging of all leakage by welding, brazing of copper tubes, cleaning of fins and replacement of gaskets etc for the following capacities of DG Sets:- (a) 62.5 KVA

S & F and topping up of lubricant oil of various capacity of DG sets at various location under GE (I) (Navy) Lonavla complete as as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note - 1. Old decanned oil included in the credit schedule)

M&L for cleaning of Sump including replacement of sump gasket of the following capacities of DG Sets:- (a ) 62.5 KVA
