Taking down MCB DB/TPN DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix double door, sheet metal enclosure, powder coated for MCB DB SPN 8 way fitted with neutral link, earth bar, din rail and 200 amps rated bus bar 230 volt conforming to IS 13032-1991 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Havells/ Schneider/Legrand/L&T

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable meter cabinet of any description after necessary disconnection of all incoming and outgoing connections complete and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type, MS angle fitted with bolts and nuts in ground meter cabinet of suitable size made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front door having glass window for viewing KWh meter and other doors shall be opaque. All doors should have gasket and locking arrangement and the cabinet shall be painted both interfamily and externally with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (Shade - Smoke Grey) over a coat of red oxide meter primer duly sprayed with the compressor. The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof with degree of protection of IP 43. The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories :-

(c) Single phase smart KWh meter of rating 10-60 Amps, base mounting, electronic temper proof type with optical port suitable GPRS/SIM communication facility, AC 230 volts, 50 Hz supply -07 Nos (d) Internal wiring of meter / MCB / Cable connector, shall be carried out with 10 Sqmm multifexible copper wire with FR grade PVC insulation of 1100 volts rating including necessary lugs / nuts/ bolts/ washers etc : Make of wire- Havells / Polycab / Finolex. Material and labour for Sub main wiring complete with and including 2 runs of 6sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable single core 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit 25mm dia including accessories and fixed on walls and 6sqmm FRLS PVC multi stranded copper conductor cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly including cutting chases & making good disturbed surfaces of walls, taking down the existing sub main wiring etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of 6 sqmm PVC insulated cable and one run of 6sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to plate with GI earth wire 4 mm dia, 7.5m long from earth point to test point and other end connected to control board / panel / equipment, laid under floors/plinths or fixed on walls or concealed in wall etc by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel with provision of charcoal & common salt not less than 50Kg and benzonite powder 20Kg in each earthing packed up to maximum 30 cm on both side of plate and GI strip protected by 32mm bore light grade galvanized iron pipe complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part I, 2009 with PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, MS angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm, cast iron cover, GI 15 mm bore medium grade pipe and CI funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/strata & testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Contractor should submit test report of earthing after installation to Engineer -in-Charge (ii) Earth test results should not be more than 3 in case the result are not achieved contractor shall pure salt water till the result achied.

Note: Deduct Credit for demolished / dismantled material of Rs. (-) 39,138.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
