Fabrication & erection of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provission of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necessary clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. channels 100x50 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 100x50 mm(3200mm in length) and 2 no.MS angle 65x65x6 mm (each 3200mm in length ) for supporting the hoisting of cable & poles.Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug.(all material to be arranged by contractor except steel,pole.

Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick balast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Painting of ST pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of best quality top 2 mtr PO Red paint and remaining Al. Paint ISI mark as per RESPO norms.

Cable laying by drill method DOUBLE circuit as per RESPO Norms. Total Length 2200 Mtr. Only XLPE cable provided by department.

Double Circuit Cable laying S/C in normal soil by digging of trench 1250 mm deep, 450 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable). Total Length 12712 Mtr. Only XLPE cable provided by department.

Cable laying by dirll method single circuit with 150 mm MS Pipe. (MS pipe provided by contractor)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts.

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on cable stand including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts.

High Pressure testing of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable. Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor.

Fixing of earth rod as per norms,for earthing of support.( Earth rod providing by deptt.).Complete earthing of pole/structure by earth rod. )

Providing, Fixing & grouting of stone cable route marker on cable route including displaying of feeder name & voltage on it.

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. for making straight through joint 33 KV work included filling of soil leveling and ramming of the same .( S/Th Provided by department)

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. for making Outdoor joint 33 KV work included filling of soil leveling and ramming of the same .( Outdoor Provided by department)

Fabrication & erection of cable stand with grouting & plinthing as per resspo norms. (steel material provided by department )

Jumpering of all equipments in swicth yard with Panther conductor, P.G. clamps & proper size aluminium lugs.(except panther conductor,all materials provided by contractor).

GST SHALL BE PAID EXTRA AS PER RULES.
