Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Dressing & profiling the existing WBM/Granular/Earthen surface layer of the road from edge to edge of the existing carriage way and both the shoulders, filling low spots and ravelled stretches by providing additional materials of same type as that of the existing top surface layer, cambering, watering, rolling with 8-10 tonne roller to obtain specified compaction, etc to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer edges of the existing embankment. Works to be carried out in accordance with MORT&H specifivation section 300 and as directed by the deptt. (rate considered as per SOR for road bridge and culvert works for all divisions inder PWD Assam 2016-17, at sections where the top level of the subgrade of the existing road surface is not proposed to be raised by more than 100mm. Excavation in Ordinary Rock with Dozer with lead upto 100 metres (Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock by deploying a dozer, 80 HP including cutting and pushing the cut earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres ( average lead 50 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross sections.)

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) Private land.

Construction of earthen shoulders & Subgrade with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of table 300.2 (including compansation of earth) (a) Private land.

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material ( Table:- 400- 2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401 (ii) For Grading Material (Gr-II) GSB

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (A)'(i) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1h ,Rate - As per S.O.R

'Tree Guard with MS Angle Iron and Steel Wire (Providing and fixing tree guard 0.60 metre square, 2.00 metre high fabricated with MS angle iron 30 x 30 x 3 mm, MS iron 25 x 3 mm and steel wire 3 mm dia welded and fabricated as per design in two halves bolted together.
