Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Ref : Para 4.8 to 4.8.1 to Sec II C 3.1 to 3.4 of detailed Specification)
Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Ref : Para 4.7 to 4.7.22 and 4.8 to 4.8.1 Sec II B 2.1 to 2.21 of detailed Specification) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.
Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Ref : Para 4.7 to 4.7.22 and 4.8 to 4.8.1 Sec II B 2.1 to 2.21 of detailed Specification) M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.
Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to etc., complete with all leads & lifts, as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Ref : Para 4.7 to 4.7.22 and 4.8 to 4.8.1 Sec II B 2.1 to 2.21 of detailed Specification)M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.
Observations
Nomenclature of the work should be same as in Government order appproving the work.
All circulars and GOs relevenat to the scope of work issued time to time needs to be incorporated in the BID DOCUMENTs.
Tender processes shall be strictly in terms of provisions of KTPP Act.
Bid document shall be as per KW-4.
Stipulated period of completion is 9 months
Any circluar instruction issued from Government regarding KW-4 shall be incorporated in the DTS.
Wherever 1st cover and 2nd cover system in mentioned in doument, it is to be replaced by 1st electronic dounment and 2nd electronic document and procedures will be followed as per KPP Portal.
Minimum financial turn over should not be less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract in the clause 3.2(a) of ITT (Instructions to Tenderers)
In the clause 3.2(b) of ITT (Instruction to tenderers) similar type of work are to included in the pre qualification conditions of similar nature work
Qualification criteria in respect of minimum quntities, it is suggesed to cinsider 80% of estimated quantities wherever the period stiputated for completion is less than 12 months to enchanse the competition in tender participation.
LOC required shall be assessed as cost of probable progress in consecutive three months period during peak construction peirod as per the clause 3.3. (b) of ITT
The PQ conditions in the DTS shall be ascertained once again for its correctness accordingly as per the sanctioned estimate of the work
Schedule-B components to be reverified as per the sanctioned estimate
Number of milestones shall be restricted to maximum 4 Nos
In section 5 of conditions of Contract, Clause 37.1 regarding payments is to be corrected as "The employer shall as far as possible, pay the contractor within 60 days submission of bill" per the G.O. No. FD.678 EXP-12/2023, Bangalore, Dated:06-06-2025
In section 5 of conditions of Contract, under special conditions of contract, during the execution of works, if any minor minerals are required, contractors have to abide by the prevailing rules and Acts applicable to Minor Minerals. As per the prevailing rules, for any use of Minor Minerals, the contractor has to be submit the Mineral Dispatch Permit (MDP) obtained from Mines and Geology Department is to be included
Physical chart details are to be incorporated in section-6 of contract data
Under Section 6 of Contract data the milstones taken for each period to be worked out as cumulative period and to be mentioned in lakhs.
As per F.D Circular No:FD-CAM/16/20-22(P-2) dated:22.08.2022, updated format for LOC to be incorporated in the bid document
Mines and Geology Department circular dated 03.07.2020 regarding rates of royalty is to be enclosed.
During the execution of works if any minor minerals are required contractors have to abide by the prevailing reles and Acts applicable to Minor Minerals. As per the prevailing rules, for any use of Minor Minerals the contractor has to submit the Mineral Dispatch Permit (MDP) obtained from Mines and Geology Department.
Under Section 6 of Contract data the liquidated damages for the various milestones taken has to be worked as cumulative liquidated damages
Circluar instructions issued in FD circular No. DE 417 ªÉZÀÑ-12/2024 ¨ÉAUÀ¼ÀÆgÀÄ ¢£ÁAPÀ:09.08.2024 should be followed and accordingly estimates & DTS needs to be updated before inviting the tender
If the tenders are invited after 01 April 2025 in the ITT Clause 3.2, the last five years may be appropriately modified from 2020-21 to 2024-25
In Section-1 of IFT, the Executive Engineer, "On behalf of Governer of Karnataka" is to be added
In Section 2 of ITT, clause 20.1, the term "in the presence of tenders or their representatives who choose to attend" is to be deleted
In section 5 of conditions of contract, under additional instruction of tenderes sl No.5 & 18 to be deleted
