Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping) and Maintenance of hostel blocks, cafeteria, guest houses, cottage, swimming pool, radar building, navigation building and all other allied facilities (excluding toilets) including mechanized scrubbing, cleaning and mopping of all kind of floors, wet and dry vacuum cleaning of floors, cleaning of spider webs, cobwebs, all kind of removable splashes / stains from internal / external walls, floor, ceiling, roof, glass / wooden doors and windows, metal accessories and fittings, furniture etc. using appropriate cleaning agent(s), refilling air fragrance diffusers including replacement of batteries, fragrance spray in all areas, cleaning dustbins, providing garbage bags in dustbins, collecting garbage in disposal bags complete with all required sundries, materials, machines, equipment, and T&P etc. as per terms and condition mentioned in tender document. The inaccessible areas and such other areas which are not mechanically accessible shall be broom, scrub, dusted, mopped and cleaned manually as per direction of Officer-in-Charge. The scope also covers removal of vegetations including uprooting from plinth and building facia/parapet/roof using appropriate tools. The garbage obtained from cleaning, sweeping and dustbins shall be collected in disposal bags of adequate size and capacity and shall be stacked at designated location of dumping area in tightly closed condition. Only cleaned floor area shall be measured for payment. Manpower shall be paid separately as per BOQ item no 15.

Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping) and maintenance of common Toilets in Hostel blocks No. 1,2,3,4 & 8, cafeteria, guest houses, cottage, swimming pool, radar building, navigation building etc. including mechanized scrubbing, cleaning and mopping of all kind of floors, tiles, Counters, Walls, sanitary fixtures & fittings cleaning of spider webs, cobwebs, all kind of removable splashes / stains from internal / external walls, floor, ceiling, glass / wooden doors and windows, metal accessories and fittings etc. using appropriate cleaning agent(s), refilling automatic air fragrance diffusers including replacement of batteries, fragrance spray in all areas, providing toilets papers wherever toilet paper holder is available, liquid soaps, shampoo, bodywash, sanitary cubes, freshener sticks (where automatic air fragrance diffusers are not available), cleaning dustbins, providing garbage bags in dustbins, collecting garbage in disposal bags complete with all required materials, machines and T&P etc. in two nos. of shifts (from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM) as per terms and condition mentioned in tender document. The inaccessible areas and such other areas which are not mechanically accessible shall be broom, scrub, dusted, mopped and cleaned manually as per direction of Officer-in-Charge. The garbage obtained from cleaning, sweeping and dustbins shall be collected in disposal bags of adequate size and capacity and shall be stacked at designated location of dumping area in tightly closed condition, Only floor area of the toilets shall be measured for payment. The contractor shall ensure that the toilets shall remain neat and clean all the time. Manpower shall be paid separately as per BOQ item no 15.

Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping) including sweeping from long hard broom, cleaning of dust, dirt, grass, shrubs, dry plants leaves, stone, pebbles and all kind of garbage, dead animals, unwanted vegetable growth from roads, delineators, signage, kerb stones, garbage bins, footpaths, surrounding of hostel blocks, cafeteria, guest houses, cottage, swimming pool, radar building, navigation building, residential colony and all other allied facilities complete including collection of garbage in disposal bags of adequate size and capacity and stacking them at designated location of dumping area in tightly closed condition complete with all required equipment, machines, materials, sundries and T&P etc. as per terms and condition mentioned in tender document. Cleaned area of road (excluding footpath) shall only be measured for payment. Manpower shall be paid separately as per BOQ item no 15.

Providing and fixing battery operated wall mounted air freshner diffuser (without refill) of approved make at various locations as per direction of Officer-in-Charge.

Providing round the clock Manpower (Semi-skilled) services for Reception counter for attending phone calls, recording of complaints of tranines/Guests, getting the complaints attended, supervision of the complaints preparing and recording all records of hostel/Guest house, maintaining records and handing over of soiled bed sheets, bed covers blankets pillow covers blankets and taking over of washed ironed bed sheets, bed covers blankets pillow covers blankets and as per the direction and satisfaction of E.I.C. The contractor should quote the rates for per person for one shift i.e. 8 hrs. Agency has to pay mandatorily minimum wages issued by office of labour Commissioner (Central) for maintenance and upkeep during currency of contract. Any price variation will be reimbursed as per for SCC clause No. 33.3

Providing round the clock Manpower services as attendents (Un-skilled) in hostel for dusting of all apparatus, changing of soiled bed covers, bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets, mosquito nets etc. with washed and ironed bed covers, bed sheet pillow covers mosquito nets, handing and taking over keys of rooms during check-in and check-out trainees/guests checking of inventories of rooms before check out of tranees/Guests,issuing of sports item and collecting back and all other room services etc. as per the direction and satisfaction of E.I.C. The contractor should quote the rates for per person for one shift i.e. 8 hrs.Agency has to pay mandatorily minimum wages issued by office of labour Commissioner (Central) for maintenance and upkeep during currency of contract.
