M&L FE-500D TMT Steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L FE-500D TMT Steel bars 06 to 08mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick P.C.C(1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath/paving laid in alternate bay including necessary formwork and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surface (including primer) by forced application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L 10 mm thick plaster layer in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction for laying of APP membrane over RCC slab when the concrete is green complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, rendering finished even and smooth (without using cement) as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing walls & facia with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exteriorprimer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coat of white washing on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 10 mm thick 65 mm deep contraction joints (Dummy joint) filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for 100mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Design, supply, install, test and commissioning of indoor type heavy duty electrically operated travelling (EOT) Goliath crane (Flame Proof) including supply & fixing of grider rail on floor of suitable capacity as per manufacturer instruction, capable to handle Main hoist way of Cap 5 metric tones (MT) & ausillary Hoist of 5 Tonne load, longitude travel limited to 1.10mtr away from walls on both sides). Notes for Item No. 36.00 & 37.00 mentioned here-in-before:- (i) The clear span and bay length shall be shown on drg are only indicative. However manufacturer shall visit the site and ascertain the exact span and dimensions available at site before designing. (ii) Notwithstanding the specifications mentioned here-in-before against various components, the manufacturer shall incorporate all components wherever required and the rates quoted above shall be deemed to be included such provisions. (iii) Above rates inclusive of supply of Goliatch crane & single girder crane bottom rail track, base plate, inserted plate, girder rail of required length as per site of suitable capacity as per manufacturer instruction, DSL power supply system for completer bay length, Bridge grider MS Box type construction with end carriage on ground track fitted vertical supports etc. (iv) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include provision of electrical wiring of suitable size in rigid metallic conduits concealed in/fixed on surfaces from main switch upto electrical control panels, cranes etc. (v) Cost of the MS Ladder with supporting structure and service platform as per manufacturer guidelines are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) The EOT Crane shall be got tested as per IS provisions at factory premises with 125% of the rated load. Testing Officer shall be nominated bt the Accepting Officer. (vii) The pre-commissioning test of the EOT Crane shall be carried out by testing officer nominated by the Accepting Officer. (viii) Documents related to Design and Proof checking of Cranes from Chatered Engineer shall be submitted by contractor within 02 months of acceptance of tender for approval of Accepting Officer and quoted rates are inclusive of same parameters. (ix) Followinh IS Codes shall be followed for the EOT crane: IS 13558, 13559, 13834, 13870, 14470, 14475, 226, 800, 807, 2062, 1377, 8686 and ISO 9373 including all amendments to IS/ ISO from time to time.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying sub class 'B' old size brick, laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with of 4x6.0 sq. mm and 1x6.0 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface with steel conduil of size 25mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with of 4x4.0 sq. mm and 1x4.0 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface with steel conduil of size 25mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Flame proof sheet matel enclouser for double door IP 66 MCB BD, phosphatised, powder coated, TPN 80 Amps as incomer and 40 Apms TPN MCB - 02 Nos as outgoing connection, 415 V, IP 43 & IK 09 with metal door fixed on wall with din rail, netural and earth bar in proper position complete all as specified and directed.
