Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete from existing conduits, from PVC casing/ capping including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good distrubed surface of wall, floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down main switch/ DB's including MCB's with board and fixture of any description and making good distured surface of walls etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with two run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core FRLS stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in metal/PVC concealed conduit of any grade and size for one light/Ex Fan/Call bell point controlled by one switch including One run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core FRLS stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, and to be terminated in new pressed flush metal box suitable for mounting modular type switchs, socket outlets etc, covered with inner/outer plate etc as per requirement at site complete as specified and directed. (Note : The rate quoted shall deemed to incude for cutting chases for concealing PVC conduit and making good distrubed surfaces.)

(b) One 5 Amps socket outlet/ switch socket outlet on same board with other switches.

(c) One call bell controlled by one bell push complete.

M&L for point wiring complete for 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable drawn throught existing PVC/metalic conduit of any size and grade inculding sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes (heavy duty) with 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, including 2.5 Sqmm multistarnded copper conductor with green PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed earth continuity conductor to common earth & connnecting to earth dolly. (Note : the rate quoted shall deemed to incude for cutting chases for concealing PVC conduit and making good disturbed surfaces.)

All as per item No.4 here-in-before but with two run 4.00 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity conductor. for 5 pin 16 Amps socket point on independent board for gyser/ air conditioner complete all as specified and as directed.
