SITE CLEARANCE & EARTHWORK

Removing excavated material (any type) and depositing it outside Ministry of Defence Land. Note for 16.001 (i) Before quoting the tender, the bidders are advised to ascertain the distance outside MD and, at which the excavated material/ debris are to be disposed off. No extra claim what-so-ever shall be entertained on this account. (ii) This item shall be considered as per the requirement at site. (iii) All excavation earthwork covered under Sch'A' part III to part XIV shall be measured and paid under this item.

Taking down all type of old unserviceable MCB/TPN DBs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down U/S Submain wiring of copper/ Aluminium twin core cable of various sizes complete.

Disconnecting the electric supply from the panel board and dismantling panel board.

The telephone instrument shall be connected in the telephone DB installed in the machine room.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper plate 60 cm × 60 cm × 3.15mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 20×3.15 mm copper strip as earthing lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including 20 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe with , MS funnel with wire mesh watering arrangement and 50 mm bore light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection from earth plate to test point or panel connecting point , PCC chamber ,CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning, filling , removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - I, connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of fully automatic electrically operated Goods lift ( BOQ Item : 25.001) of any Make and installed capacity with a carrying capacity of 2000 Kg to serve (G+01 Floors) with AC variable voltage & variable frequency (VVVF drive) drive complete with all standard accessories, simplex collective automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, automatic center opening doors with VVVF door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) comprising of all devices and accessories through 36 months for all days including holidays etc after expiry of defects liability period as shown below and all as specified and directed to Engr-in-Charge for 02 Nos of lift Note : Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance (routine, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) through OEM as per MOU and maintain all the lifts in serviceable condition 24 hrs x 365 days with out any extra cost.
