Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Hydro Extracting Machine 25 Kg capacity (Make : NAT steel equipments & XSONI SYSTEM) auto controlled with elect motor 3 PH 415 V, 5 HP including maintenance of complete electrical control panel, door seal, door locking arrangement, leg spring , inner drum when plant is running complete including minor spare parts/adjustments, lubrication except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (4 Nos machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Hydro Extracting Machine 50 Kg capacity (Make : NAT steel equipments & XSONI SYSTEM) auto controlled with elect motor 3 PH 415 V, 5 HP including maintenance of complete electrical control panel, door seal, door locking arrangement, leg spring, inner drum when plant is running including minor parts/adjustments, lubrication except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (1 No machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maint of Air Compressor 10 Kg per cm 2 capacity (Make : L-Hg Khosla) including minor repairs and topping up of mobil oil periodically (approx 5 ltrs) including replacement of all minor spare parts except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (1 No machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maintenance of Pneumatically operated steam heated auto temperature controlled flat bed press of size 750 x 1500 mm (Make : XSONI System) including cleaning of padding cloth, descaling of steam pipeline including replacement of all minor spare parts/adjustments, lubrication including replacement of all minor spare parts except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (3 Nos machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maintenance of steam boiler oil fired type fully automatic of capacity 600 Kg/hour having fuel pump motor 3 PH, 415 V, 2 HP, thermax model RXA-6 including overhauling of pump set, tuning of pumps, lubricating, cleaning of head chimney using Iron brush, cleaning of economiser etc including replacement of all minor spare parts except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (2 Nos machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated front loading sluice machine (Make : NAT Steel Equipments) 15 Kg capacity auto controlled having separate electric motor 3 Ph, 415 V, 2 HP/ 3 HP washing and extraction including maintaining of complete electrical control panel, shaft, pulley, door seal, locking arrangement etc including replacement of all minor spare parts except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (3 Nos machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maintenance of calendering machine (Make : Snow white) Roller type of size 24" x 3" incl testing of steam valve, lubricant of gear system, adjustment of chain, pneumatic valve, replacing of twin threads, descaling of strainer including replacement of all minor spare parts except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (2 Nos machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maintenance of drying tumbler, end loading type of capacity 25 Kg (Make : Nat steel) and 50 kg (Make-XSONI system) including aligning, lubricating and cleaning of gear monthly, etc including replacement of all minor spare parts except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (2 Nos machine for a period of 6 months)

Comprehensive maintenance of autoclave machine at OT including minor repair/maintenance and adjustment, minor parts like- SS bolt, nut, glass braided wire of required size except major items mentioned hereafter in BoQ complete all as specified and directed. (2 Nos machine for a period of 6 months)
