Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/Disintegrtated rock complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soil etc complete all as specified.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, complete all as specified.

Use and removal of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [horizontal or sloping] including rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for half brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
