Modification in BKPL MMCS & BMCS ABB SCADA to incorporate new facilities coming under TGPL at Allahabad, Kanpur, Lucknow and Gawria along with interfacing with MJPL, Bijwasan SCADA over OPC for sending data of Allahabad, Kanpur & Lucknow and receiveing data of Mathura and Tundla and required chages in SCADA, creation of SCADA database and graphics and uploading the same in existing workstations, SIC terminals, engineering cum programming terminal so as to provide monitoring of all additional facilities and development of screens etc as per details given in tender scope of work. Replication of additional screens at all SCC locations of BKPL as per tender scope of work

Installation and commissioning of OPC Wrapper/Suite software along with all requisite licenses at BKPL MMCS station SCADA servers for interfacing with MJPL, Bijwasan SCADA over OPC as per tender scope of work

Provdidng assistance to PAS Vendor by configuring database in SCADA server and providing all necessary data to PAS vendor for configuration of additional facilities coming under TGPL in PAS servers as per tender scope of work. Work includes data communication to and from PAS server for additional facilites and providing assitance from SCADA side for complete LDS modification, testing and commissioning as per tender scope of work.

RTU additional Tag license for ABB RTU560 (560CMD11) at Gawria as per Tender specification and scope of work.

UP-Service Items

Integration of owner supplied new field instruments in existing PLC, development of database, development of required logic and modification in HMI as per tender scope of work. SCADA database and graphics and uploading the same in existing workstations, SIC terminals, engineering cum programming terminal so as to provide control and monitoring of all additional facilities coming under TGPL from SCC as well as MMCS/BMCS as per the existing philosophy and control & monitoring of additional facilities coming at these locations from the respective station as per the existing control jurisdiction as per tender specifications, configuration and acceptance of the system by the Owner

Interfacing of ABB RTU at Gawria with upcoming Yokogawa RTU at Gawria coming under TGPL as per details given in tender scope of work, configuration and acceptance of the system by the Owner
