Design and construction of watch Tower Building in G+2 storey with Permanent Specification with RCC M30 framed structure including foundation PCC block masonry,panel walls, ATT,RCC roof slab with PU based water proofing treatment, UPVC windows, Aluminium Joinery, Grill door concealed electric and water supply etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note : - (i)The contractor should design the foundation according to the soil report and structural drawings of the same shall be submitted after vetted from IIT/NIT/IISC Bangalore along with design calculation sheet. (ii) Thewatch tower shall be designed and built according to the architechtural drawings along with schedule of finishes. (iv) Detailed yard stick along all connected documents shall be submitted before execution of the work for approval of accepting officer. Quoted rates are deemed to be included for all these provisions

S&F of precast circular RCC M-25 grade readymade biodegradable septic tank for 10 users Type V having capacity of 800 litres per day. Note : Only upto 10 users per day to treat tolet flush alone

M& L Concertina Coil with razor blade having dia 600mm punched tape concertina coil with galvanised coating and punched tape material deep drawn quality with galvanising coating having medium barbs fixed in position with not less than nine spiral per meter length fixed with GI clips minimum 03 Nos per coil of 9m length and secured to both sides of angle iron post streched and including fixing with special galvanised fastners such as J clips C clips U clips all as specifed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of five star rated inverter type Split AC unit 1.5 Ton capacity & BER, EER 3.2 indoor and outdoor units complete single phase 230 volt 50 HZ AC supply with cordless remote control unit, inbult air ionizerer, anti bactrial filterm micro, low refrigerant, detection monsoon comfort and refrigerant R-410A plasma filter for better indoor air quality with eco friendly non CFC gas, including necessary mounting arrengments and additional copper tubes for indoor and outdoor units as per site requirements etc complete.

The light would be complete with long beam LEDs and suitable electronic driver. The search light would be supplied with 1 (one) metre tripod stand with castrol wheels for ease of movement inside the watch tower cabin, 230 volt AC supply, 300 watt, long range and its control gear in cast aluminium housing complete all as per Sigma type No 24455L-TS or equivalent in Havells/Philips.

M&L for earthing of machinery/equipment/ Panel etc. complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia connected to main earth lead on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 including necessary excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note : GI strip & protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr length from earth electrode shall be included in quoted rate.
