Materials and labour for providing, laying water proofing treatment over plastered surfaces of RCC roof with following steps of work to be carried out through authorised person/applicator of manufacturer :- (a) The dried plastered surface of slab shall be painted with one coat of bituminous primer @0.4 liter/Sqm. (b) Over the primed surface a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight of 3 kg/sqm of approved manufacturer minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall be laid by torch application method. The side over laps of membrane shall be minimum75mm and the end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction. Materials and labour for water proofing treatment on roofs, chajja etc., surface to be prepared free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish for applicaion of water proof coating including removal of all existing treatment, bituminious membrane, tarfelt.screed concrete etc from slab, prime the surface with water, after that surface must be primed for sound, dry concrete prime using Primer and pitch free green/ white colour PU Based Liquid applied single component elastomeric waterproofing membrane with Nil Water permeability to be applied with brush at a minimum wet film thickness of 1.5 mm in 02 coats . The second coat should be applied in perpendicular direction to the first coat. The newly applied membrane must be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture for a minimum 24 hrs to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane , including necessary ponding test to ensure impermeabilty after drying complete all as specified and directed including material and labour for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement, complete as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. Expansion Joint Treatment:- Materials and labour for opening the existing installed system from expansion joint. Rain water pipeline also need to treated with polymer modified mortar. The existing surfaces shall be cleaned properly so as to free from dirt, oil grease, etc Apply mixed Thixotropic epoxy adhesive (Nitobond PC40 or equivalent of ASIAN/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR) using a serrated spreader. Remove central masking tape immediately and position non reinforced Hypalon membrane with release tape (Fosroc :-Expoband one or equivalent of ASIAN/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR ) into the high strength repair mortar (Fosroc Nitomortar PC40 or equivalent of ASIAN/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR ) adhesive. Roll firmly to displace trapped air and to ensure extrusion of thixotropic epoxy adhesive through the edge perforations. Apply a second layer of epoxy adhesive to the full width of the top surface of membrane. Remove central release film from membrane. Finally remove outer edge masking tapes and feather edge the epoxy adhesive ,Put an Aluminum strip 3mm thick and 15mm width at the edge of “L” portion to make the membrane in proper shaped and puncture from lapping portion, Protect the membrane with Aluminum strip (1.2mm STD) followed by nailing system complete as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

Materials and labour for Supply and applying concrete surface with single component, fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated, polymer modified structural grade repair mortar at a thickness of 40mm. The repair mortar should have a compressive strength 45 N/mm2, flexture strength 7 N/mm2 and tensile strength 2.5 N/mm2 at 28 days and curing the treated surface with polymer based curing agent having moisture retention : <0.55 kg/ sqm as per ASTM C156 Drying time 3 hrs @ 23 degrees complete as per manufacturer instructions.
