Dismantling of ceramic tiles carefully and scraping the plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membraneAPP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection> 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surfaceof terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

Providing and fixing heavy duty telescopic channel for drawers 18" to be fixed in the existing cabinet with superior quality as approved complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 60mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete pavers block grey /coloured/ designer polished (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) having wearing layer 6mm to 8mm thick with cement and fine aggregate mix 3:1 (three cement and one fine aggregate) and under layer consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 ISI marked including the cost of best quality colours and hardening agents. The paver should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over a layer of 50mm thick screened sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing 60mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete pavers block with cement and fine aggregate mix 3:1 (three cement and one fine aggregate) and under layer consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 ISI marked including the cost of best quality colours and hardening agents.. The paver should be laid over a layer of 50mm thick screened sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of kota stone carefully and scraping the plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the kota stone/tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick wooden laminated floor class of use 31/23 having wear resistance level of AC-4 as per EN-13329 with a direct pressure laminate surface including profile, treated with aluminium side, flooring of approved colour and shade complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of plyboard consisting of 18 mm thick commercial ply(ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws, nails, fevicol complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. N.S

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick mica (Formica, Kit, Archid or tis equivalent) of approved shade and quality on commercial surface fixed in position by means of fevicol and nails etc. (As per sample approved by the allottee) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge NS

Providing and fixing 4mm thick teak ply (ISI marked) with exisitng wooden members including the cost of nails, fevicols etc. including spirit polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel finish handles of size 150mm with necessary s.s. screws etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher with necessary s.s. screws etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing cupboard locks of required size approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete

Cleaning of terrazo / kota / mosaic / red sand stone floors and skirting with grinding machine and polishing the floor include machine charges complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge
