Providing and fixing and desgin of prefabricated structure as follows 1) substructure: To be constructed on first floor. 2) Supportframe: SHS 150 x 150 x 5 mm trusses of RHS 122x 61 x3.6 x 50 x 50 x2.9/38 x38 x2.6 mm 3) Roofing: 0.63 mm thick PVC painted corrugated sheet. Wall panels: 50 mm thick concrete panel/puff panel. Fixed with 50 mm wide U-channel. 5) Ceiling: Aluminium powder coated tile 2'x2'x7 mm calcium silicate grid section of M.S channel aluminium powder coated 6) Joinery Powder coated: 14 gauge aluminium section(2 1/2" 2 1/2"x2/1/2x1 1/4 (3 x1 1/4) for doors and windows two track with fixed wire mesh and sliding with clear glass doors 5.5 mm thick float glass panes and 6 mm thick ACP sheet complete with all hardware, fittings and accessories. 7) Finishing: Walls shall be treated with anti fungal water proof paint over cement primer coat steel members with synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer. 8) Flooring:- Vitrified Tiles 1200x600mm and under floor (1:2:4) 50mm thick.
