Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and, setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as Specified.

M &L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 5mm and over upto 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick on fair face on concrete surface and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as spd & directed..

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding and frame work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling incl spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exceeding 250 metre but not exc. 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and apply two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Makrana White marble work of uniform colour of each (table rubbed and polished) fixing on wall, steps, jambs, pillars, platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure of pigment to match with marble shade including polishing and 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
