Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one Prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Notes: 1. GI pipe as protection earthlead and earthlead GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.50 mtr shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of earthing. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Material and labour for detection of fault in HT underground cable laid in plain or any type of area with the help of Cable fault locator machine including providing conveyance and any other means required at site, isolating and re connecting cable after identifying fault all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable Steel tubular pole of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable concrete pole of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for erection of steel tubular swaged pole 11 mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 55, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative green & white strips of 30 cm height upto 1.5 mtr above ground level complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete pole 11 mtr long, 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom class-9 complete, erected truly in vertical position and painting the poles with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from the coping above the ground level with alternate layer of 30cm width with black and yellow paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor of any size from OH Lines (running on 9/11 poles) after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed / undersize conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling earth wire from LT/HT OH line after unbinding from pole to re-use or for shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor all as specified.

M&L for Galvanised steel earth wire of service feeder or distribution span of street light poles including binding with insulators using GI binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified.

Taking out from trenches or wall/ pole/ pipe or road crossing, HT cable 11000 volts grade heavy duty , armoured with steel strip of wire , with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 240 Sqmm, any core , for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable lenght by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- [Excavation & Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ]

Laying only cable retrieved from item No 14 here in above carefully in trench/duct/floor/wall/pole carefully including and after tracing out fault and removing the portion if any, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-charge. Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of cable HT 11 KV, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core,11KV grade, (Earthed) with aluminium conductor.

Restretching of ACSR conductor of any size of over head lines LT/HT on poles including binding with insulators, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) ACSR conductor Required for winding etc is deemed included in quoted rates. (2) The distance between two poles shall be considered as one Span for measurement purpose.

Trimming up of tree branches upto 5 mtr all around HT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 5 mtr all around the line. Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department accordingly. The trimming work shall be commenced once it is permitted by AGE.(ii) only effective length i.e length where tree branches are touching HT line or neaby HT line shall only be measured & paid under this item. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the deptt at later stage. (iii) Fortnightly inspection of lines will be made jointly by contractor or his authorised rep and rep of Engr-in-Charge and outcome whether lines are free from tree branches or not kept on record for payment. (iv) The OH line will be maintained for whole period of contract and full payment will be made with Final Bill only. The payment for the period for which line not maintained will be deducted proportionately based on fortnightly inspection carried out as detailed above.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size from 11 KV OH line complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only insulators retrieved under Srl item No 21 above all as specified and directed.

(The dielectric strength to be achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of dehydration and filteration). Note:- (i) Dehydration of transformer oil in the Transformer to carried out on the site by dehydration machine. (ii) All the Labour work like disconnection of cable and reassemble & drum etc. has to be carried out by contractor under their own arrenement.) (iii) Prepare chart of each transformer before and after Dielectric strength , make of transformer oil as approved. (iv) Sample of treated oil 500ml stored in bottle and given to Govt rep.

Toping up/ filling of transformer oil including testing before filling to achieve 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces and cooling coils/ fins of transformers upto 100 KVA ( incl. 100 KVA) capacities by removing oil marks using chemical or hot blow lamp. Repair / servicing to HT pannel of make Alstom/Areva having vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250 MVA and current rating up to 630 Amps by replacing defective/wornout part incl bus bar insulating sleeves, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation complete all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals (b) Cleaning of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended by the manufacturer. (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limits, readjust as recommended (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible. (e) Dismentling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (g) Checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers, latches, connnectors etc and adjustments as required and recommended by the manufacturer. (h) Inspection of CTs and PTs. (j) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (k) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. (m) All defective parts (minor in nature) which replacement cost not exceeding Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen hundred only) shall deemed to be included in item rate quoted.

Opening the transformer cover of capacity upto & incl 100 KVA along with the conservator by removing the nuts bolts then after removing the internal H.T & L.T connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank, removing out burnt HV and LV windings from the core assembly, cleaning of core assembly with CTC including necessary repairs for the unserviceable transformers having ratio 11 / 0.433 KV, draining & decanting of burnt transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC for the transformers. Rewinding of HV and LV coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire/ strip (As Existing) having suitable class insulation material. Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and removing all the moisture present in it, removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil to tank after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling and making the internal H.T & L.T connections by fixing the studs, bushing, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil complete all as specified and directed. Note : Winding if found unserviceable shall be meaured and paid seperately as supply and replacement under respective items of BOQ
