Supply & Fixing LED building security light fitting 35 Watt with epoxy powder coated sheet aluminium housing, with epoxy powder coated CRCA sheet steel grey tray, clear acrylic cover and accessories complete incl street light bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI medium grade pipe 0.6 Mtr long complete with 2 sets of FI clamps made out of 30x5 MS flat & nuts, bolts & washer including painting to clamp with two coats of aluminium silver paint over a coat of primer after taking down old u/s one.

Supply & fix in repair LED post top lanterns of 30 Watt rated power and rated CCT 3000K, IP65 aesthatically designed spun Al spigot for mounting LED Driver and spun aluminium canopy which is painted white inside. Epoxy powder coated matt black finish after phosphochromate treatment, weather proof construction having robust design delivers to meet the landscaping needs , Luminaire type, Opaline diffuser suitable to be fixed over galvanised pole of diameter upto 50mm,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting of 1x90 Watt IP-65 sealed optic luminaire with housing made of die cast aluminium with smooth finish powder coated for better environmental protectionand along with 40mm dia GI pipe bracket complete all as specified below:- (i) The fixture shall be designed so as to have lumen maintenance of at least 70% at the end of 70000 hours. (ii) The luminaire should be operable with auto adjustable 120-240 volt supply using the same driver. Ambient temperature at LED should not be more that 70 degree centigrade. (iii) Power factor of the electronic driver should be at least 0.90 abd efficiency of the luminaire to be more than 85%. (iv) The fixuture should be vibration resistance, if the fixture is also to be used in vibration prone areas like flyovers/bridges. (v) Heat dissipation should be managed through a built in external heat sink. (vi) Colour rendering index of minimum 65 with color temprature of 4000K.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT cable junction box, dust and water proof (IP65), out door type, made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced, size of box 200 x 160 x 98 mm with swinging cover and locking clamp, pole mounting, consisting 4 Nos mounted on SMC insulator links and provision of suitable busbar incoming/outgoing cables with gland, including in built 6 Amp MCB, SP, 9/10KA one No complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in repairs pre-stressed concrete poles 9 Mtr long of cross section (102mm x 172mm) at top and (102mm x 279mm) at bottom, class-10 complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978, zebra painting with two coats of synthetic Enamel paint and making alternative black and white strips 30 cm each up to 1.5 Mtr height from top of PCC foundation block, numbering of poles including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) in foundation , PCC (1:3:6) in coping complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair for feeder pillar box out door type made out of 3 mm thick plain MS sheet of suitable size supported on angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm including necessary PCC for grouting. The panel shall comprise of (a) 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp rating (b) MCCB4- pole 415 Volt, 400 Amp, ruputing capacity 36 KA-01 No (c) MCB TPN, 40 Amp 20 KA-14 No all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for in repairs earthing complete with Galvanized Iron electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GIr strip of size 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dully all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of Soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc.

Supply and fixing alumimium cable tray chanel type of with 100mm and depth 50mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 Watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete.
