Material and labour for cleaning and servicing complete for LT ACB of capacity upto 630 Amps any type including contacts and busbars connections with CRC spray, checking the incomming and out going bus bar connections /power cable and tightening of all bolts,nuts at power cables/ bus bar including replacement of burnt copper/ aluminium lugs as per site requirement, removing the carbon deposit and reconditioning of door lock complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item no-1 here-in-before but for LT ACB capacity above 630 and upto 1250 Amps any type

Material and labour for dismantling,taking down, checking,cleaning and servicing of switch gear of rating 315 A to 400A MCCB any type contacts with CRC spray including checking the bus bar connections /power cable from Main Bus bar to MCCB and out going cable connections of MCCB, tightening of incomming and outgoing cables including replacement of Copper / Aluminium lugs as per site requirements including removing the carbon deposit and replacing the gasket of compartment door, reconditioning of door lock complete all as specified and directed.

4. All as per item no-3 here-in-before but for switch gear of rating 200 A to 250A MCCB any type complete all as specified and directed.

5. All as per item no-3 here-in-before but for switch gear of rating 100A to 160 A MCCB any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MCCB adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting 4 Pole of rating 400 Amps, ICS=100%ICU, breaking capacity 35 KA including additions/ altertions to existing MCCB mounting place in the panel for properly fixing and reconnecting in/ out going bus bar or cable connections including supply and fix suitable rating/ size lugs, extended teriminals as per site requirements and making good distrubed panel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for taking up/ laying cable etc., and getting out for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road/ floor for laying of pipe/ cables not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep including refilling with material and watering well ramming compacting and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 suitable thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Taking up existing old/ unserviceable/ burnt under ground cable from the existing positions/ trenches etc., including testing with the help of megger, disconnecting and removing unserviceable portion of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Excavation/ earth work shall be measured and paid seprately under relavent items. (ii) Retrived serviceable bricks from site be properly stacked and reused as protection to UG cable and shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items. (iii) Serviceable portion of cable shall be relayed as directed and shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items.

Material and labour for MS chequered plate of thickness not less than 5mm and area as per site requirement size to cover cable duct openings including repairing works to edges of duct with appropriate PCC to place MS chequered plate equally on the duct in the installations complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer and taking out the broken PCC duct covers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 15mm dia on walls, roof/ laid on floors, ground etc., with all fittings as GI wire protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Tata /Jindal /Prakash /Surya

Material and labour for earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m below ground level, with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground and connected to GI earth wire 4mm by means of GI bolts and nuts, check nuts, washers and GI earth wire protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm bore and connecting to panel /DBs etc., as per site requirement including alternate layers of charcoal and salt crystal, necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover with 6mm dia MS bars 10 cm c/c on both ways as reinforcement complete including watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES schedule Part 1 complete including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Quoted rate deemed to include necessary earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement, removal of surplus soil, site clearance etc., (ii) GI earth wire, GI tubing light grade 15mm bore upto 7.5m deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Quoted rate include testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 2 ohm. If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done by the contractor at no extra cost.
