REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, LEAKAGE / SEEPAGE, SUNKEN FLOOR AND ALLIED WORKS IN NEW / OLD PROJECT AREA AT AF STN MANAURI

Taking up or down steel tubing & connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site for 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above but of 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc., fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3.00 above item but 20mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning sunken floor by washing and rubbing etc and removing the material retrieved to a distance n.exc 500m where directed and providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below :- (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Modified Cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPCRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Applying a coat of TAPCRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured for 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with CICO super at 100ml per 50 kg cement on treated surface. (f) Filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto required level complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC filling shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

M&L for Filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto required level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof treatment by dismantling of existing roof treatment and cleaning, washing, rubbing of roof surface etc and removing retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m where directed and all as per given below: (a) M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384-1986 @ 0.40 Ltrs/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non oven polyester mat at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both side and over laps 10cm and 15cm longitudinal and trasverse directions respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and grove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) Applying two coats aluminium paint over membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as speicified and directed.

Dismantling of brick bats/tiles set in cement/lime mortar in roofs including bedding layer/mud phuska any thickness, roof treatment, PCC padding, benching etc and disposed off rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of roof treatment by cleaning, washing and rubbing of roof surface etc and removing retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m where directed. (a) M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (g) M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick thick roof tiles, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in terraces over screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof padding(avg 30 mm thick)etc complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resililent acrylic polymershaving sun reflective index (SRI) of 105 manufactured by asian paint Ltd ,Berger,Pedilite or equvalent as approved by Engr-in- Charge in three coats at 10.76 ltr/10sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomaric water proofing liquid. The operation shall be carried out after properly cleaning loose particle with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of chajja by raking out decayed mortar, cleaning, washing and rubbing of surface etc and removing retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m where directed and applying 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe-410-0 or 310-0 joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Fe- 410W Grade-E-250 quality A).

M&L for preparation of new Steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet / PGI / CGI in roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and making good to disturb surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/valley gutter in wall/roof, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in ceiling 4mm thick non abestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber frame work with screws etc and including two coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick gypsum plaster board flame proof conforming to IS-2095 1982 to fix as suspended ceiling with one step and including frame consisting perimeter channel 20X27X30X0.5 mm intermediate channel 45 (WEB) X 1.5 (flange) X 0.90mm @ 1.22 M C/C with ceiling angle 25 X10X0.5 mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fastner, ceiling section 51.5 (Knurled Web X 26 (flange) with lips of 10.5 mm X0.5mm @ 610mm C/C nec clip, screw, nylon sleeves etc complete and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty on ceiling over preparation surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying 2 coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC (@ 3%by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with MS clamps rings and fixed to wall/floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with with MS clamps rings joints fixed to wall/floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 6-7 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile shall exceeding 0.11sqm but n. exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment over & including screed bed in 15 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Vitreous china squatting pan, orissa pattern, size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe including making good to floor with PCC 1:2:4 or cement sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white colour excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern & flush pipe) but including seat cover,Jet spray white colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F replacement PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white colour capacity 10 liters with inlet and outlet, ball valve, handle including cast iron brackets & 32 mm bore PVC flush pipes & including PVC connection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC waste pipe 32/40mm dia 610mm long suitable for WHB or Sinks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing water tanks exc and including 500 Liter capacity and n. exc. 1000 Liter capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polethelene water storage tanks in 500 litres capasity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I complete, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 45.00 above but 1000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythelne float and fly nut in 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and total aperture 75mm, thickness of gunite n. exc 25mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1:3 with cement mixed with polycreete admixture @2% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper gerometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side soffits of slabs, chajjas, facias, parapets, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto four storey buildings incl removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified (Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement). The cost of welded mesh to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (including cleaning repairing, etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
