Providing Manpower in the cadre of Typist and Peon to the Family Court, Udupi

The Bidder should have a prior experience in supplying of manpower to Government Departments Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies Public Sector Undertakings, Banks and Financial Institutions, Information Technology company or any other entity. If there is no prior experience certificate is available, then the same shall be replaced with an exemption and condonation self-declaration certificate.

Bidder should be a registered legal entity having license to employ the said manpower

Bidder should have its own GST Registration No. and PAN Number.

The Agency must be registered/ have license under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970.

The Agency should be registered with appropriate authorities under Employees Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance Acts

The bidder should not have been banned from carrying out business either with the any department under Karnataka Government, State Government, Central Government or the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Govt. of India or the HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA at the time of the submission of the bid.A similar ban subsequent to the submission of the bid, but before the award of the contract shall also disqualify the bidder.
