Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of dry stone solling hand packed including carriage average lead of 10 km, all complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

12 mm thick plaster in 1:6 cement mortar mix

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel work in built up sections / framed work incl cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. in trusses, column, etc

Providing, supplying and fixing 0.50 mm thick colour coated Corrugated Galvanized Iron (CGI) sheets of approved make for wall cladding, fixed with self-drilling/self-tapping screws, EPDM washers, side and end laps, including cutting, fitting, all necessary fixtures and fasteners, labour, scaffolding, transportation and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
