M&L for carefully taking down of SS pressure pump 2.2 KW /3 HP capacity 3 Phase 415 Volt from common base frame including disconnect electrical connection and pump coupling transportation to workshop (Port Blair) & back, including repairing of pump by replacement of defective parts like, impeller, bearing brush etc as reqd to make the pump serviceable complete as directed.

Taking down of High Pressure Pump assembly of capacity 5.5 KW / 7.5HP from common base frame and transportation to workshop (Port Blair) & back, opening of pump assembly and replace the worn out parts as given below including necessary lathe work reassemble the same and refixing its existing position and coupling with squirrel cage induction motor and testing of pump all as directed (a) Impeller assembly (Brass/Stainless Steel) (b) Shaft Stainless steel (c ) Bush brass (d) Spacers (e) Gland packing colour (f) Nuts & bolts, packing gasket as required
