Notes: (i) Supplying and erecting steel scaffolding upto required height with top platform with support railing at top etc., the scaffolding should be secured properly in position, complete as per site requirement and directions of Engr-in-charge. (ii) Supply and fixing of dust proof netting with all required accessories/ fixing arrangement so as to cover existing installations and arrest the materials generated during repair works in adjoining areas and to prevent damage or nuisance to the existing structure; including proper provision of netting system at shown area before start of work, removal after completion of work, carrying out regular cleaning etc., complete as per site requirement and directions of Engr-in-charge. (iii) Supporting the structural components temporarily during repair and streghthening works using heavy duty flat-headed steel pipes vertically in plumb, braced horizontally and diagonallay at centre with each other using suitable heavy steel tubes, and resting on wooden blocks to support the structure provisionally during repairs and maintaining them in position for required duration complete as per site requirement and directions of Engr-in-charge. (iv) During execution of work column of the bldg shall be repaired in alternate.

Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit Stamp paper of Rs. 500.00 with any specialized agency who is mentioned firm from which he proposes to carry out the work of Sch ‘A’ pertaining to structural repair/rehabilitation with all connected items of Sch ‘A’ alongwith other relevant document. Such specialist agency should have valid authorization letter from the manufacturers.

Removing, chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete carefully upto 60mm thickness by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking and disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and applying Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface by spraying at 4 sqm/ltr and wiping the surface with moist cloth after few minutes to remove any residual material which has not penetrated, including all necessary surface preparation works, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make entire surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. and applying alkaline rust converting primer in two coats on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble protective layer, as per manufacturer’s instructions, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Second coat of rust converting perimer shall be applied after 24hours from first coat.

Material and labour for drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in RCC structural member including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix the nozzles inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting; Cut and remove nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting two part, low viscous, high strength epoxy resin based moisture insensitive liquid using pressure injector with accessories till nozzle refuses to accept the grout including mixing of grout material components in adequate proportions as per manufacturer's instructions by weight batching and grouting the mixed material into the structural member by grouting gun, maintaining desired pressure in the gun by air compressor and maintaining pressure at exit about 2 to 3 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure guage at exit. The mixed grout should have following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for MS TMT bars for additional reinforcement and shear keys, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

For bars above 10mm dia upto 4th floor.

For bars of 10mm dia 5th to 8th floor.

Anchoring reinforcement bar (shear bar 150 mm length approximate) in existing RCC member in drilled holes and grouting in position with Epoxy resin anchor grout of approved brand, including drilling of holes, cleaning etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Bar shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing and applying Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in two coats to the entire circumference surface of bars. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 (Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Second coat of anti - corrosive protective coating shall be applied an interval of minimum 06 hours from the first coat. (ii) The coated rebars are to be allowed to cure in air for minimum 48 hours. In case of embeded nars (in repairs) allow fpr 24 hours before application of repair material.

Material and labour for providing, mixing and applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or microconcrete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities, etc. complete. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness upto required thickness by providing and casting with ready to use non-shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strength more than 35N/Sqmm(28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including, drilling holes and fixing shear connectors, mixing the microconcrete with adequate quantity of water, placing, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints differences if any and curing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water and allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound and allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti caronatin coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete padding laid to required slope incl finishing the concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) for laying roof finish as padding finished with WPC 3% by weight of total cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- Integral WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour APP polymeric membrane min weighting 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by torch application on method complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm membrane surfaces.

Demolition of brick work masonary built in cement mortar including all quions arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Supply and fix for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for rotational moulded polythylene 1000 ltrs capacity water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including PVC float valve 20mm bore, high pressure with polythene ball and float and dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
