Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in Hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) 10% shall be deducted from the total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming. (ii) For item No 01 and 02 above rate deemed to be included for earth work and form work required as per site requirement & as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and debris removed out side from MD land all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of CI pipes, foundation and hardstanding finishing even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Removing excavated material and depositing where directed outside from MoD land all as specified.

M & L for CI specials conforming to IS - 1538, spigot /socket or flanged fitting I.e. bend, tee, collar, flanged / socket / spigot, Tappers and tails pieces etc suitable for 100 / 150/ 200/ 250/ 300 mm bore pipes (joints and joining material shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for run lead joint in repair with pig lead including pumping out / bail out water and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil,to repair the joints for following sizes of pipes :-

(a) 300 mm bore

(b) 200 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

(d) 100 mm bore

M & L for Cutting existing cast iron pipes and reducing for insertion of CI fittings to required length in position for following sizes :-

(a) 300 mm bore

(b) 150 mm bore

S&F in repair sluice valves flanged end, cast iron body, flanged and drilled and non rising type brass spindle with nut, long body, class P N 16, conforing to IS 14846 of 2000 for following sizes including all flange joint with rubber or fiber board, bolts, nuts and washers complete including pumping out accumulated water all as specified and directed of make sant, kirloskar, kartar and of following size.

(a) 300 mm bore

Material and labour brick masonary valve chamber of size 1.20 m x 1.20 m x1.20 m (internal size) and cover including earth work complete all as specified and comprising of the following :- (a) 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation. (b) Brick work 230 mm thick built in CM 1:4. (c) 15 mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) internally and externally to exposed surface of brick work including 150 mm below ground level. (d) 100 mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. (e) MS covers made out of 5 mm thick MS plate with double hinges, fixed MS angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron 40 x 40 x5 mm thick including 150 mm long hold fast made out of MS flat iron of size 25 x 4 mm embedded in PCC coping MS covers shall be provided with suitable hand grip and suitable locking arrangement all as directed. (f) All MS surfaces shall ,be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS cover made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet with double hinges and suitable handle locking arrengement etc complete including two coats of synthetic enamel paint and one coat of primer all as complete and directed.

S&F in repairs angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm of valve chamber, over head tank, UG sump including necessary fabrication work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metal primer complete all as specified

S&F PVC water storage Tank hosting and fixing in position at any location removing existing distmantling RCC/PCC OHT and new foundation making as well as disconnecting all incoming & out going connection , provision of new tank fittings & connecting it at existing position up to 50 mm GI Pipe connection complete all as specified and directed.
