Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring aluminium/ copper from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets,bell push , ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Paris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring on wall and ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but for power point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable and 1.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable as continuous earth lead.

M & L for sub main wiring in replacement of worn out aluminium conductor wire with two run of FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 4 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 2.5 Sqmm FR PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In Green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments and including drawing in PVC rigid conduit not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked medium grade incl fitting like bends, elbow, junstion box, reducer, junction boxes, tee bell mouth all fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc complete including Cutting & Chasing required on brick wall not exceeding 10 CM girth for concealed conduit wiring and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and distemper / colour wash etc to match with existing surfaces including facing / finishing complete , connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Servicing of transformer any type,any make 11000 Volts / 433 Volts step down/step up, indoor/out door type of capacity upto 200 KVA comprising following work services :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HV & LV ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks for visual inspection. (c)Checking of HV/LV insulators including internal inspection (d) Replacement of corroded nuts/bolts with double washers, burnt lugs, etc by new one (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Removing, cleaning, polishing of bushings and studs of both HV/LV side by using soft cotton cloth including checking for cracking and refixing the same. (g) Refixing all cable terminals HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank and other fitments in position. (h) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather. (j) Connecting HV & LV side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including re-connection of earth strip/lead. (k) HV side cable connection shall be made with new HV tape & M Seal Monoplast as required at site. (l) All marshalling boxes to be cleaned from inside. (m) All the terminal connection of control and relay wiring to be checked and tighten. (n) Examine the rollers carefully includes greasing them properly. (o) Checking of earthing connection and tightening nuts& bolts with ensuring the earthing system working properly. (p) Location- Jhajjar Nallah, Old Cook House, Power House. Note:1. Any serious faults /defect to be carried out under this item and material required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by hiring on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 50 KV including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided carbon oxidation sludge etc upto < 1 micron. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vaccum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" (iii) Conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filteration (iv) Checking the megger/earth resistance values with battery operated megger of 5 KV

M&L for Filling / topping of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength not less than 60 KV all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Make:- Power oil & Equivalent approved by GE

Rectifying and arresting the oil leakage of transformer of any capacity, disconnection of cable termination of HV& LV ends , opening the top cover by using tripod, chain and pulley after removing all fitments, replacing the components of the transformer such as gaskets, "O" rings etc. Rectify the leaks in a variety of areas such as radiator fins, flanges, circuit breakers, valves, fastener assemblies, Oil leakage through pin hole / crack joint , drain valve / radiator valve , Oil leakages through gasket joints. Applying putty/M-Seal Monoplast where ever necessary. Refixing the top cover and all fitments, refixing cable termination of the HV& LV ends, testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Cost of all type of gasket, "O" rings, putty/M-Seal Monoplast, lugs, nuts, bolts, double washers etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only breather assembly of Transformer with new silica gel upto 200 KVA transformer as per existing make and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brass terminal stud with nuts, check nut, oil seal and washer for HV side of transformer of any make ( as per sample) up to 200 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brass terminal stud with nuts, check nut, oil seal and washer for LV side of transformer of any make (as per sample) up to 200 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bushing of HV side as per existing size/Model of the capacity up to 200 KVA transformercomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of transformers capacity up to 200 KVA including HV/LV side marshalling box with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using spray painting method including cleaning of existing surface of all dirt and greasy materials alongwith marking of SM/MES Nos with sticker letters n. exc 2 cm height at appropriate places complete after isolating the transformer from the electric supply and to be earthed all as specified and as directed.Location- Jhajjar Nallah, Old Cook House, Power House.

Disconnecting LT/HT connection and earthing strip connection of the transformer/stablizer upto 200 KVA and transportation upto workshop for repair and disconnecting , dismantling and complete overhauling of 11/0.433 KV distribution Transformer any capacity after drain out of transformer oil and kept in close containers for re use, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer and cores with chain pully blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer with S & F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re filling of Transformer oil after centrifusing at satifactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and as directed . Note :- (i) If any minor items is required for smooth functioning of transformer including general cleaning of of equipment also, the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) Cost of transportation up to workshop & back and installation after repair including electric/earth connection is deemed to be included under quoted rate. (iii) If retrieved transformer oil's die-electric strength is very less than it will be replaced with new one under relevent item. (iv) Transformer oil filteration/topping up shall be measured and paid separately. (v) Location- Jhajjar Nallaha and Power House Dhansal.

M&L for rewinding with supper enameled double paper covered copper wire/ strip for HV/LV (11/0.433KV) winding having existing size and giving proper insulation and de-moisturizing before assembling the winding core and including primary testing, ratio testing, no load testing, core insulation testing including taking out unserviceable winding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rewinding and testing on load of transformer to be carried out through approved firm.

M&L for preparing scraping the old painted surfaces on two pole structure and applying two coat of aluminium paint on steel tubular swaged poles HT 11 mtrs long and bracket, channels, angles,GOD including making/pasting three nos cricular strips of 300 mm wide yello & black colour with synthetic reflected enamel paint and marking /stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint after taking proper shutdowm\n from Competent MES Authority complete and all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soil including cleaning away all grass vegetation saplings, bush under grouting, roots etc and removing rubbish to a distance of 50 M outside the periphery of area complete all as specified and as directed. Location:- Jhajjar Nallah Pump House area, Old Cook House Area, Power House Area,Filteration Plant Area.

M&L for preparing scraping the old painted surfaces on sign board and applying two coat of White paint on Sign Board 1.5 mtr wide and 1 mtr long along with angles of hieght 2 mtr including making Danger Sign on board by painting with RED synthetic enamel paint and complete and all as specified and directed.

Taking down for servicing of split / window type AC 1.5 Ton Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc., (Indoor unit), condenser, compressors, fan motor etc., (Out door unit) with vacuum cleaner OR cleaning solution including checking the servicibility of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit, fan, blower, etc., and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Replacement of defective spares will be measured & paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M/L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers using WPC as per manufacturer instruction on finishing layerof rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified.(Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only)

Supply only integral water proofing compond approved brandcomplete all as specified.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred.

M& L for Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floor, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick sand cushioning for laying of paver blocks complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Factory made, Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade (medium Traffic), with grey cement & pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed gloosy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300x300x25mm, jointed and pointed with mixture of white & grey cement in equal prapotion and pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel rolled section as in grating framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) incl distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to grade Fe-290. Gde- E-165. complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F, Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar; barred iron doors; ladder; framed balusters; railing;frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases). complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
