Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable , etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and depth exc 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.00m beyond first 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ old size well burnt brick laid flat in trenches over the cable for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Manual boring under roads / hard standing by required T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable in GI Pipe of 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 40mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as speciffied and as directed

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed with and including PVC Casing and Caping on walls/ceiling, and with sunk type pressed steel terminal box made out of galvanised iron sheet thickness not less than 1mm and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one number one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 4.0 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. S&F street light junction box of size 250x200x105mm made of high quality sheet moulding compound with IP-66 protection ( Dust and vermin proof according to IEC-60529) totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material having high quality gasket made out of polyurethane with MCB, FP, 10 KA, 16 Amps to be fixed on Din rail, with locking arrangement with cable gland suitable upto 16Sqmm cable and neccessary fixing arrangements such as clamps, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. M&L connection to junction box to street light luminaires using wiring with two runs (P-N) of single core 1.5sqmm ( nominal area) FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade and one run of FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm single core as earth continuity wire drawn through PVC conduit ( Medium grade) of suitable size and tiding the same by aluminium strip with the pole complete all as specified and directed. M&L for PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
