M&L for plastering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceilling in patches no exc 3 sqm including taking down plaster, racking out joint as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wall , cleaning , washing with water etc , and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (Appex paint) , including filing the surface with crack filler wherever required all as specified and directed . Note . The coulour scheme of the painting will be as decided by the accepting officer

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of manglore tiles/ AC sheet roofs by removing dust, dirt, mos etc and applying one coat of weather resisant acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved make, completed all as specified and as directed. Note . The coulour scheme of the painting will be as decided by the accepting officer

M&L for preparing old/existing plastered surfaces of walls applying one coat of distemper oil bound as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for marking 3mm thick & 100mm wide centre line, stop line, dashes, arrow brackets or similar work on bitumenus/ cement concrete road surfaces as per IRC pattern using uato line retro - reflactive thermopliast paint of approved make with 8% mica sign application by special applicator machine with traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 17 above but more than 100 mm wide for marking of speed breakers

M&L for complete removing the old paint/thermoplastic paint/markings over concrete / bituminuos surfaces by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps or scrapping with tools and cleaning with scrapers any number of coats, any width or girth and cleaning the surface as to receive new markings/painting all as specified & directed .

S&F in repairs , Cats eye ( Road studs) white / red colour reflectors, ABC Body, 90x110x70 mm thick with both side reflector and fixedwith epoxy resin as dhesive on bituminous surfaces complete all as sepecified and and directed : Make : 3M 290 series

S&F in repairs , Solar studs of width 122.5m length 132.5m, height with stump 55mm, stump dia 26mm electronically operated with solar cell LED PCS, Ni-Cd 1400 AH Battery with aluminium main frame , bottom frame aluminium, reflective in two opposite direction and fixed in road surface as per manufacturers instructions or complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge (Charge: TATA BP SOLAR OR DARK EYE)

Demolition of kerb stone/boulder masonry,precast articales fixed on compound wall pillar laid dry or in cement mortar

M&L for providing precast cement concrete of PCC( 1:2:4) Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in kerb stones or precast articales fixed on compound wall pillar etc with plain fair faces,including chamfers weatherings ,throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4)complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new concrete surfaces , stone , kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink /white primer complete all as specified and directed

M &L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks glossy, coloured any shape and sixe as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement & no pigment , laid over and including 30mm thick layer of cresh sand complete all as specified and directed
