The installation is comprising the following:- (a) Submersible pump set of capacity 40 HP = 01 No. (PH No. 05) (b) Submersible pump set of capacity 20 HP = 01 No. (PH No. 02) (c) Chemical Dozer = 03 Nos. (d) DG Set of Cap 62.5 KVA DG Set=01 Nos (PH No. 02) (e) DG Set of Cap 125 KVA DG Set=01 No (VIP Cottage) (f) DG Set 63 KVA (PH No 01) (g) Main Electric panel for operation of submersible pump. Supply only sodium Hypo chlorite solution (Naocl) chemical solution conforming to IS - 1673/86 having chloride contents at the rate of 10% by weight (bleach liquid sodium) complete all as specified. Notes for Serial item No.4:- a) Chemical solution shall be supplied by the contractor as on requirement basis throughout the currency of the contract. Therefor the contractor shall procure the chemical solution in piecemeal as per requirement . The material shall be deposited with AGE E/M No.-II (AF) and RV shall be prepared accordingly. Contractor shall also arrange Independent testing of chemical from Govt authorised laboratory at his own expenses. The cost of testing shall be deemed to be including in quoted unit rates payment of supply of sodium hypo chloride shall be only be made on production of test report . b) Pumping of hypo chlorite at all pumping sets is the full responsbility of the contractor . c) Free chlorine at consumer end must be maintain 1 PPM at all times .

Arrester Barrier 11 END & Glide path & LOCALIZER : Operation and periodical maintenance of diesel Engine driven Gen Set, three phase, 50 C/s, 440 Volts, AC daily in three shifts for eight hours each shift (including Sunday and holiday) by deploying 01 Operator (Semi Skilled) (FGM) in each shift at 12 Wing AF Chd. The installation is comprising the following:-Arrester Barrier 11 END a) 30 KVA capacity Make: Kirloskar - 01 No.GLIDE PATH : b) 20 KVA capacity Make: Kirloskar - 01 No.LOCALIZER c) AMF Panel = 03 No. Note:- One Gen set shall be operated at a time and second Gen Set shall be kept ready as stand by at Glide Path. Note for serial item No. 5: Rate quoted be the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following:- a) Generator set will be operated on the failure of UT electricity supply or as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Contractor shall be responsible for removal of minor faults such as air lock in fuel supply, leakage of fuel, cleaning of fuel tank, tighting of connections of batteries, dynamo and self starter etc. b) Contractor will be responsible for collection and consumption of fuel and engine oil . Transportation of fuel and engine oil shall be the responsbility of contractor . Proper record / Log book of running of DG Set shall be maintain by the contractor duly signed by the JE and Engineer-in Charge. Any consumption without run DG set will be recovered at double the market rate from contractor's dues . Fuel shall be issued through issue vouchers duly signed by Contractor and concerned staff at the time of collection of POL.

SRE & 29 END Arrester Barrier : Operation and Periodical maintenance of diesel engine driven Gen Set 3 phase , 50 C/s 440 Volt AC, daly in three shifts for eight hours each by deploying one Operator FGM (Semi Skilled) in each shift (including Sunday and holiday) at 12 Wing AF Chd. The installation is comprising the following:- a) 125 KVA capacity Make: Kirloskar with - 01 No. At SRE b) 63 KVA capacity Make: Greaves - 01 No. (29 END Arrestor Barrier) Notes :-Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following:- a).Generator set will be operated on the failure of UT electricity supply or as directed by Engineer in Charge. Contractor shall be responsible for removal of minor faults such as air lock in fuel supply, leakage of fuel, cleaning of fuel tank, tightening of connections of batteries, dynamo and self starter etc. b) Contractor will be responsible for collection and consumption of fuel and engine oil . Notes applicable for Serial item No. 1 to 7 (Except-4):- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following :- (1) Proper uniform, label containing name plate of the operator and safety shoes as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be worn by operator on duty. If any operator found in improper uniform and or found without proper name plates contractor shall be liable to pay penalty at the rate of Rs 200.00 per shift of 8 hours per person. (2) Proper facilities for sitting/ rest area shall be the responsibility of contractor. (3) Operator on duty shall not be allowed to leave the installation without reliever. Any operator found absent from duty a recovery of Rs. 200/- per hour per installation for the period of absent will be made from the contractor (4) Fuel engine /lubricating oil shall be issued by department (MES) as "free for filling" as and when required by the contractor. Transportation for collection of fuel and engine oil shall be arranged by the contractor. Delay in operation of DG Set will invite recovery @500/- per hour. (5) Contractor shall employ ITI qualified personnel with two year experience in the trade. Contractor shall submit documents of deployed manpower along with qualification / Experience certificate within 15 days from the date of commencement of work to GE duly verified by Engineer-in-Charge . Contractor shall be liable to pay penalty at the rate of Rs 100.00 per person per day if required qualification/Experience certificates of deployed manpower not submitted after 15 days from the date of commencement of work. (6) Duty roaster for deployment of manpower installation wise will be prepared by the contractor and submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification. Compliance of payment of minimum fair wages register duly verified by Engineer-in-Charge shall be submitted before claiming any RAR. Non compliance of above said requirement will lead to non payments and the contractor shall be solely responsible for the same.

Notes applicable for Serial item No. 1 to 7(Except 4) :- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following :- (1) Workers wage per person (a) Semi Skilled - 593.00 (2) Employees state insurance @ 4.00% (employer contribution 3.25% & employee contribution 0.75%) on wages as per existing rules. (3)EPF, EPS, EDLIS and administrative charges @ 13% on wages as per existing rules. (4) Bonus if applicable as per existing rules. (5) Contractor's over head and profit (6) LWC @ 1% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules (7) GST @ 18% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules.

Notes applicable for Serial item No. 1 to 7 (Except 4):- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following :- (1) The Rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government / Local body whichever is higher incl all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable. (2) The Firms 's claims in bills regarding ESI, EPF, Services Tax should be accompanied by documentary proof pertaining to the previous months bill. Arequisite portion of the bill i.e RAR/Final Bill amount shall be held up till such proof is furnished at the discretion of the GE. (3) The firm shall submit proof of payment given to workers and endorse a copy to Engineer-in-Charge, showing the details of payments, deductions (incl all statutory deductions) and net amount with requisite challans in each case/person indicating PF number, ESI card detail etc. (4) Engineer-in Charge will maintain the record of attendance in respect ofthe persons deployed by the firm on the basis of which wages / remuneration will be decided in repect of the persons at the approved and agreed rates. The firm shall be responsibele to keep all records of payment, attendance, leaves etc. duly signed by the Engineer in Charge and endorse a copy of all the documents with RAR/Final Bill as applicable. (5) In compliance of Govt of India Gazette Notification dated 15 Feb 2017 & MoD EPFO even letter No. CA10/011 (33) 2015/HQ/Vol-II dated 02 Feb 207, It is an express condition of the contract that:- (i) The contractor has to make the payment of minimum wages of employees of labours directly into AADHAR LINKED BANK ACCOUNT of individual only and proof of payment of wages through Aadhar linked bank account of contractor has to be submitted alongwith payments viz RARs & or Final Bill.
