Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete incl battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket etc and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable DBs of any type and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- To be measured only when found serviceable in all respect complete for reuse.

M & L for concealed point wiring on wall and surface with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC/FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putty or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed for the followings:- Note:- Modular Box, Modular Plate, Modular Switches, etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and draw sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into FR PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 4 sqmm multi strand FR PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete after taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw sub main wiring with two single core 4 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into FR PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 2.5 sqmm multi strand FR PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete after taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole MCB of 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 9 Watt LED T5 batten fitting including provision of PVC insulated sheathed round flexible with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Endura LED Batten fitting 20 watt including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting all as directed.

S&F in repair Ultra bright 20W LED polycarbonate tube light with very high efficacy suited for installation in existing T8 tube light with G13 lamp holders to give glare free light all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing fan capacitor of any capacity from fan and then Supply and fix in repair Fan capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd epoxy filled type complete for smooth running all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED flood light Luminaries 100 watt with pressure die-cast aluminum housing with heat resistance toughened glass & IP 65 protection, fixed with existing GI Bracket/Clamp, Nut, Bolt and washer , connection with 1.5 sqmm 3 run copper wire from junction box all as specified and directed.
