Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., ( The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of trusses with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates, vertical stanction for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlines all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisitng aligning and glazing the trusses inposition as per plan. The rate should include the cost painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete complying with standard specification and an directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of High profield colour galvalume sheet with combination 55AI:43.4Zn:1; 6SI of TCT bent type 0.50mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile /CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65mm abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer, during execution of work. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site )

Supplying and fixing Asbestos cement adjustable ridges of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 40x6mm G.I flat over the Galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of necessary G.I screw, Rubber, Aluminum washer with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixed directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting, etc. complete.

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approval quality set in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three MMsand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers – Office Building & Loading Platform.

Supplying and fixing in position of best approved quality of rain water down fall pipe having a pressure of 4Kg/sq.cm including cost of PVC bents, PVC shoe, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws nails etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the junction of roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One cement and two MMsand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40Kg/sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 150x150x6mm

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3, (one cement and three Msand) base mortar over the exisint slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg / sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multi chamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configuration of an “A” section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm 200 mm1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dismantling the masonry, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angles of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32x6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. Sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S.flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32x6mm M.S flat Msandwitching the C.R sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3 nos of hinges in case of single leaf and 6 nos of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6 nos of holdfasts 120mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Supplying and filling foundation and basement with filling M Msand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well ramed consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five M Msand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement, two M Msand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibratos, finishing curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with Cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M Msand) and kraft paper laid over it without claming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement mortar 1:5 using best quality II class table moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4-3/8”x 2-3/4”for foundation and basement including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. – In first floor

Supplying fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed star rods for all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors steel and binding wire shall be supplied by the co.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S.angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed. For plane surfaces such as RCC Vertical slab, side slab, boxing, vertical droops, facial vertical wall etc.,

Paving the floor with fine polised cuddapah stone slab 20/30mm thick over (Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M Msand)20 mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10, (One cement, Five M Msand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortor mixed with block oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineering concerned before use on work etc., complete complying with standard specification

Relaying the floor with existing cuddapah stone slab of 38/40mm thick laid over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10, (One cement, Five M Msand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortor mixed with block oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineering concerned before use on work etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and laying of High profile colour galvalume sheet with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supply and fixing of 40x6mm G.I flat over the Galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of necessary G.I screw, Rubber, Aluminum washer with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixed directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting, etc. complete

PLASTERING the surface of walls with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three M Msand) 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five M Msand) 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mix plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
