Fabrication of MS header

Fabrication of MS Header by using 800 mm dia pipe and Nipple (length = 28 mtr) at inlet side & 1200 mm dia pipe at outlet side ( length = 56 mtr) , work includes marking and cutting of 10 mm MS plate , Bending , rolling and aligning edges and welding on inner and outer side of pipe and making its edges smooth also fabrication of stiffners , MS flange (25 mm thick) for 800 mm dia pipe and 1200 mm dia pipe after that jointing of all these header segments , as per drawing provided and direction of engineer- in -charge including all cost of labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for Koda pump canal, Fatehpur. ( MS material will be provided by department)
