Operation AND Guarding of 1 (one) No. 315KVA Sub Stration and other electrical accessories at Chakchaka Bottling Plant in the dist of Coochebhar under NMD-II PHE Dte.

Operation of 11KV/0.433KV, 1 no. 315 KVA transformer,HT, LT, panel board, VCB, HTAVR including guarding of all accessories & ancillaries for round the clock by engaging two number operator For 365 days (ESIC and EPF Contribution of Employers for @ 3.25% and @ 13% are include for establishment having 20 Employers or more.) Period From :- 01.05.2026 to 31.01.2027 Rates has been inclusive @1% CESS

Periodical inspection at least twice in a month by electrical supervisor having valid supervisor's certificate of competency from directorate of electricity (Licensing Board) Govt. of West Bengal or any other state Govt. of India. Each visit should be recorded in the logbook (with date & time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the sub-station building. The supervisor requires to have through/ in depth inspection of all the electrical appliance to ascertain the health / fault-free operational condition of each equipment i.e VCB, VLE transformers, HT, AVR, L.T., PDB, power pack, all panels interconnection, feeders , timers contactors as well as internal illumination system Period From :- 01.05.2026 to 31.01.2027 Rates has been inclusive @1% CESS

Cleaning of contacts twice in a month by supplying CRC 226 spray in the HT & LT panel board, cleaning of allterminal socket, coils once in the month in presence of Electrical Supervisor / electrisian and to be recorded in the logbook with date including minor repairing of panel, feeders etc. Wring of starters including supply of new fuses, cotton waste including lamp etc. as per instruction of E.I.C Period From :- 01.05.2026 to 31.01.2027 Rates has been inclusive @1% CESS
