Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for continous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick of whole sub class 'B' brick laid dry on end vertically including embedding brick in the ground and and tamping the ground around the bus complete all as directed.

Scarifying or piciking up gravelled macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm exc 50 mm but n.exc 100 mm deep including removing materials from site of work or stacking for re-use at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate Granite, trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and colsolidated to gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of old black top road surface & WMM-WBM Surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer at 3 Kg per 10 Sqm, paving bitumen for bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, paving bitumen for bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) ayt 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber and gradiant using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne capacity power road roller to uniform smooth surface using binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) complete all as specified and as directed Note- (i) Bituminous macadam shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 2.5mm thick painting to road surfaces as in line, dashes, arrows, letters zebra crossing etc on road, pavements and like with thermoplastic road marking paint @ 5Kg/Sqm and applying glass beads @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces white the painted surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
