(a) Supervisor - Highly Skilled - 01 No. (b) Computer operator - Highly Skilled - 01 No. (c) Wireman - Skilled - 04 Nos. (d) Helper - Unskilled - 05 Nos.

Running, operation & general upkeep of 100 & 50 KVA DG Sets installed at Power House by deputing following minimum manpower per day (on all days i/c sunday / Weekly offs & other holidays) alongwith required T&P and sundries etc. complete as required. (a) Assistant Operator - Semi Skilled - 03 Nos. ( Reliever Extra) (Contractor has to depute the required staff on all days including weekly offs & holidays)

Annual comprehensive maintenence contract of following capacity window/split type airconditioner/ water cooler i/c supply & replacement of wornout spares, refrigerent gas & defective compressor of OEM make i/c rewinding of motor and repair of voltage stabilizer etc. as reqd. as per terms & condtions of the contact(Rates per unit per Month).

Annual comprehensive maintenence contract of Hand Dryer System(Make-Kopal,22S,240v,15A,AC) including supply & replacement worn out spares etc . Complete as required and as per instructions of Engineer-in- Charge. (Rates per unit per Month).

Supplying and replacement of following make, Battery with Cu. Cable/Lugs etc. as reqd at site for DG Sets/Diesel Engine as specified below (Old worn /scrap battery shall be retained by the firm)

Lead Acid Battery ,12 V, 180 AH , 25 Plates, for Fire Diesel Engine(Exide/AMCO/AMARON/PRESTOLITE/GENPRO/LUCAS make)

Supply and topping of transformer oil (Tested).

Supply of 240 V,50 Hz.AC Digital voltmeter(Range 0-600 V)

Supply of 240 V,50 Hz.AC CT Operated Digital Ammeter(Range 100/1650 A)

Repairing of 415 V, 50 KVA,3 phase SVS Type Servo Voltage Stablizer including replacement of one number S3 type survo motor(3 kg) with PC Network connections minor parts,Connections Complete as per Site requirement. (Make of survo stabilizer:LaboTek,Model:303)

Dismentalling / shifting / Re-installation / Testing and Commissioning of 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR Spilt / Tower type Airconditioners suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, A. C. Supply on wall, Floor or Ceiling i/c gas charging, accociated Civil Works and making all arangement for successful ITC of AC Units etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of suitable dia. Copper piping for suction and discharge liquid lines for 1.5/2/3 TR split / Tower type airconditioners i/c wiring, drain pipe, insulation and protective covering etc. complete as required.(Old rewinding wire shall be the property of agency)

Rewinding of 1400/ 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan with super enemelled copper winding wire with varnishing etc. including greasing the bearings complete as required.(Old winding wire shall be the property of agency)

Rewinding of 12"/15"/18"size exhaust fan with super enemelled copper winding wire with varnishing and backing including greasing the bearings as required. (Old winding wire shall be the property of agency)

Reparing of subersible, motor pump set including rewinding, repairing and overhauling of 3 phase motor with super enemelled copper winding wire with replacement of defective rubber bush, thrush bearing, shaft pin,impellers etc. Complete as required.

Lifting and Lowering of Submersible, motor pump set (upto 15 HP) from existing borewell & installation testing and commissioning at site by using tripod and other tools, including its connected pipe & cable, packing, nut bolts etc and making water proof joint in submersible cable complete as required.

Painting of MS double leaf sliding gate (Trolley Gate) for 45 Mtr.wide and 2.5 Mtrs height (Each door in 8leaves, 4 leves left side sliding and another 4 leaves right side sliding ) including cleaning the surface and two coats of grey or any other colour of make (Asian / Barger) complete as reqd. The total area for painting will be approx 200Sq.meter. (Sectional details of trolley gate to be painted is given for reference in technical specifications).

To carry out the complete item of work on CPWD schedule of rates (Electrical DSR -2018) as per CPWD specification complete as required. (Total amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00 is kept for DSR Item-2018) (Note : Rate of DSR items shall be calculated by deducting GST component from schedule rate on account of GST and the quantity. Rs 100000.00 is after deducting the GST component) (Refer clause- 33 of Guidence to the bidder at page No.- NIT-4 & NIT-5 for quoting rate for this item.)
