Surface excavation averaging 15cm deep and n.exc 30cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil outside MD land complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of UG cables etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for Hard core of broken hard stone or boulders of guage not exceeding 63 mm , deposited spread as subbase to inter locking tiles in layers n.exc 15cm thick , watered & well rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Grade E-250 quality ‘A’ all as specified and as directed

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI plain sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M&L for factory made cement concrete tiles, 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed.)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

Material and labour for installation of Maintenance free and environment friendly earthing all as per following specification :- Make: DEHN/JEF TECHNO/PRAGATI. (a) Copper bonded rod with Low carbon steel, high tensile strength copper bonded rod with min 250 microns of copper plating, UL listed. Diameter- 17.2 mm, Length- 3 meters, Material- Copper Bonded, Coating thickness- 250 microns, min, Approvals- Tested acc. IEC / EN 62561-2, UL 467.(b) 20 kg backfilled compound, - Material Carbon based backfill/earthing compound, Fulgurite formation test at direct lightning (10/350 μm), lightning long duration test at- 100C No fulgurites/Pass, Environmentally Friendly ROHS certified, Resistivity- < 0.12 ΩM, Complying Standard- IEC 62561-7 , Testing Approvals Certified from- NABL accredited Laboratories. (c ) SS 316 grade Termination clamp to terminate the load on earth electrode for termination, Material of construction - 316 grade stainless steel, Dimension - 160x35x3 mm (d) Poly plastic pit cover of material- Polymer Body & Cover, Dimensions- 308 mm (L) x 308 mm (W) X 214 mm (H), Weight 2.5 kg (5.50 LBS). NOTES : (i) Earthing work to be carried out in presence of Engineer-in-charge/ JE , Necessary prior date & time in writing to be obtained from AGE E/M before commencement of earthing work . (ii)Test results of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing pits. (iii) The contractor shall have to give written guarantee for maintaining earth resistance of less than 2 Ohm for a period of 02 ( Two ) years after certified date of completion (iv) Failing to maintain resistance of earthing pit less than 3 Ohm, new earthing pit to be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (v) Necessary earth work excavation shall be carried out in any type of soil strata, returning, filling in and making good the surrounding area complete.

Material and labour earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or down in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc along with porcelian insulator holders fixing with suitable size of screws above ground for complete as required using 20 x 3mm copper strip all as specified and as directed.
