MR Work to the SS Room at Sivanandhapuram tank in ward no 21, North zone

1.Dismantling damaged plain cement concrete etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

2.Earth work excavation foundation in all soils and sub soils including softdisintegrated rock and soft rock to the fulldepth as may be directed except in hard rockrequiring blasting, including necessary string,strutting, shuttering,bailing or pumping outsub soil water, removal of slush wherevernecessary and also including refilling thesidesof foundations with excavated soil in layers of15cm, thick well rammed and consolidateddepositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with all leads and liftsand clearing and levelling the site etc.

3.Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete complying witstandard specification.

4.Conveyance of Surplus earth from work site to City outer with average lead of 2 km etc complete

5.S/F of MS Truss with purlins including all labours and transports charges as per direction of departmental officers.,

6.Paving the floor with Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

7.Providing and Fixing of 30mm thick polyurethane foam for Sloped roofas thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted Galvalume sheet with trapezoidal roofing profile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mm span, whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free, high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws ,fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

8.Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregate ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

9.Painting with plastic emulsion paint two coats along with base coat of approved quality (ISI Standard) paint as per the standard specification.

10.Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5AFT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan Point (SD 25)
