Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Oil bound distemper of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer over putty work , apply two coats of Oil bound distemper paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris within colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) Two coats of synthetic oil bound distemper over one coat of approved cement primer

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats Flat oil paint of approved shade and make over two coats of approved cement primer consist of thoroughly scrapping of all types of old painted surfaces , applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling upthe cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer over putty work , apply two coats of Flat oil paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris within colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) Two coats of Flat Oil paint over one coat of approved cement primer

Painting old wood/steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, through scapping of MS work, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

a) On wooden surfaces with two finishing coat over a coat of wood primer.

b) On steel surfaces with two finishing coats over a coat of steel primer.

Applying three coats of Touch wood of approved make & tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks & crevices with putty etc. complete to give an uniform shade etc., complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint (on already prepared surface/ old similar painted surface) of Asian Premium Emulsion of M/s. Asian/Rangoli Super Acrylic Emulsion of M/s. Berger/Gold Acrylic Emulsion of M/s.Berger/Acrylic Dulux Super Smooth of M/s. ICI or other approved equivalent make of approved shade / colour, including filling minor cracks, depression & minor touch up etc with approved putty and applying one coat of approved cement primer over rectified area only, including covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding, removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of white cement based wall care putty (Average thickness 2.0 mm thick) of approved make over entire surface including filling up the cracks, crevices, depression, holes, including sand papering and making surfaces even and smooth dusting /cleaning, scaffolding, covering the furniture etc with tarpaulins or eqivalent covering materials, cleaning of all surfaces etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to the structural members concrete surface / concrete finish using acrylic polymer comprising of following operations:- i) Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks and transporting & disposing / stacking off the debris as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ii) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement bars thoroughly by light tapping, wire brushing, emery paper & finally by chemicals. iii) Applying protective coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to reinforcement bars.

a) Building up with polymer modified cermentatious mortar for beams, columns etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm (proportion cement 50 Kgs. : Silica + 125 Kg. of silica sand : acrylic polymer liquid 10 Ltrs. with necessary bond coats (polymer : cement = 1:1 by volume) for the tack coat and also for subsequent layers using acrylic polymer approved by the department including curing, scaffolding and steel props for supporting structural member etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar of approved make minimum composition of C:S is 1:4 suitable for internal plastering to wall and ceiling finished smooth over brick walls or concrete surfaces including acrylic based membrane curing of M/s Anuvi chemicals/Fosroc/Dr.fixit at all floors and levels, including scaffolding, removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris with in colony etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

a) 12 mm thick

b) 15mm thick.

Providing and applying three finished coats of acrylic based emulsion exterior coating (Over sand faced plastered surfaces / RCC Jalli / fins ) of Apex Ultima of M/s.. Asian Paints / Excel of M/s. Nerolac / Heatshield of M/s. Dr. FIXIT / Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / rough cast plaster / RCC jalli / RCC fins at locations as required, including preparation in proportion of One litre of Apex Ultima or other makes with 400 ML. of potable water, throughly mixed and applied at an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.27 litre / Sqm for 3 coats, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete gererally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directedby the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying asian paint smartcare Damp block white colered coating over wall/concrete surface including cost of removing existing old paint with putty etc. applying one coat of self priming coat of A P smart care damp block (diluted with water in 1:1 ratio) & applying two coats of AP smart care damp block (diluted with water 3:1 ratio) etc. complete as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
