Providing and fixing factory made 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite)- door frame of size 50mm X 75mm made from wood polymer composite (single extruded process) material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 57-60 (suspensive Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with full body threaded star headed screws having minimum frame density of 780kg/cum manufacture by and ISO 9001-2015 certified company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of min 990N/mm2, minimum compresive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with SS draft fasteners/hold fast of required dia and length for external uses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspensive Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 of 100 gms) having minimum density of 650kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling of chowkats making good the disturbed area complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 1mm thick factory made pressed steel shutter fixed with 1.25mm thick pressed steel frame of 105 x 60mm and as required for cupboards (consisting two shutters) including 06 Nos hinges of size 75mm long and Godrej pattern three way locking system with suitable shape & size 12mm dia MS rod & 01 Nos chromium plated handle of size 150mm long with & including two coats of shop spray synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer as colour approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note 1: Cupboards frame to be fixed with 06 Nos nuts & bolts of dia 12mm & 150mm long at vertical outer edge of cupboards brick wall / concrete surface including making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 2 Front Face shall only be measured for payment purpose.

S&F 30mm flush door shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc (with sash bars) edges but divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.24(a), fitted to chowkats complete all as directed.
