Removal of existing water proofing treatment any description up to concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning, with wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500 m distance complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of any type of GI/CI/PVC pipe laying of roof etc and PVC water storage tank any capacity wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work

Demolition of PCC unreinforcement of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1: 4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @2% by weight of Cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..( WPC paid and measurment seperately)

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cleaning and applying water proofing treatment with super thermo layer as specified below. (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 4 mm thick with non-wooven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing n. less than 4.50 Kg/Sqm with white gravel / mineral finished by thermo fusion process all as described under particular specification. (iii) Provide two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over membrane surface. The APP membrane shall be one of the following make and the material for the entire work shall be brought from one manufacture only :- (a) M/s Taxsa India Ltd Mumbai - 'MOPLY FP' or (b) M/s Chemical Adhesive (P) Ltd - 'Chemistic' or (c) M/s STP - 'Super Thermolay' or (d) M/s percept Engrs Pvt Ltd, Kochi-PLOYPLUS (e) Hyper plas polyster (IWL)

M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 using 12.50 mm aggregate as in padding on roof chajja and similar work like this surfaces including water proofing compoung @2% by weight of cement including demolition of existing concrete in any position and any height complete all as specified..( WPC paid and measurment seperately)

Taking down cement plaster on roof slab, parapet walls etc, at any height, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster make easy plast from wall plast,chemplast, ready plast from ultra Tech on external surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore dia, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 25mm or 32 mm bore dia, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store all as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified .

S&F in Tubes 20mm bore dia , 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

S&F in repair Stop valves 20 mm bore , cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified.

S&F in repair Stop valves 25 mm bore , cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified.

S&F in repair Stop valves 32 mm bore , cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound all as specified.

M & L for new surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti caronatin coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed.
