M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting, dado etc including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm average consolidated thickness PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course/padding on flat roofs etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300X300X 25 mm th chequered cement concrete tiles coloured with grey cement and pigment as in floor etc over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, over and inlcuding 20 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 89 above but as in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams, columns deck slabs and in shelves, the like all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc by applying:-(i) Application of two component acrylic modified cementitious coating (aa) The surfaces to be appiled shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt , dust ,oil surface treatments and old coatings . Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or miling to remove cement laitance existing coatings and achive a griping profile that is clean dry and free from laitance and any other from of surfactue contamination. The installation instructions and manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with includngf but not limited to the following:- (bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in V-Groove pattern as applicable . Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks and then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 PUTTY/Dr fixit 302 SBR latex/perma Laxtex SBR /FOSROC Nitabond SBR laxtex / Asian paints latex as required Final clening of surface with power girnder Wire brush & vacuum pressure if required . (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of applIcation of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of SIKA Top seal -107 / Brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO.(dd)Whilist the surface is still damo from saturation (S.S.D.) apply one coat of Acrylic modified cementition coating of SIKA Top Seal-107/brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's.instruction. (ee) Apply glass fabric sheet of Sika Fab 1/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP whilst the first coat is wet.

(ff) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA Top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufactureer's instructions on the entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied 6-8 hours of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (hh) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height min. 300 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (jj) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application (min. 6-8 hours drying) for a min. of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (kk) A protection layer (12-15mm thick) in CM1;3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls.Admixture : SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOROC/Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645.Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with sika plastocrtete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixture : SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOROC/Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645.

(ll) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic water proofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr fixit/STP.

(mm) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendadtions until placement of concrete.The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.

(nn) Water proofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised.

(ii) All the joints of pipes and traps within sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealent.

(iii) All CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min15 cm) all-round.

(iv) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

(v) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade up to out side of outer wall( approx 450mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) Providing 25 mm th cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified & directed. Note: Item No. 84 (iv) & 9vi) shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. Note: Item No. 92 (iv) & (vi) shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete flooring type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.
