Demolition of brick work / stone boulder / PCC block masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone works, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block wallings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks using type C1(1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) ,size exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering on concrete or Brick works surface racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water, removing rubbish/debris etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth,without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, over surface of wall all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of of new plastered/concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, over ceiling surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Cutting, small trees & all vegetation growth n.exc 10cm girth taking out tree trunk portion completely from wall/roof including digging out roots of bushes and making good disturbed surface with brick worm in CM 1:4 or filling PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm add stone aggregate and match the surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed .
