Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding averaging thickness of 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) using WPC on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L bitumen primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tile laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in grouting CM(1:6) and grating and pointing with CM (1:3) with crude oil 5% wt of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surface, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
