Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M (20") depth & earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels & solpes & also including 1.50 M (5ft) lift & 30 M (100ft) lead. The earth in from of cutting to be used as spoil banks with in 50 M destance as directed by E/I etc. but Mechanically compacted to 95% Proctor density etc. complete. cartage up to 3.00 Km.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause-401

WBM (G-2) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause-405

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per Technical Specification clause-508

Providing & laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510

Providing Cost of dewatering I/c cost of boaring,laying of 4" dia P.V.C.pipe ,hire charges of 7.50 K.V.Deisel pumping set ,hire Charges of P.V.C. pipe & cost of 4" dia plastic pipe for disposal of water as required distance also I/c wages of repairing leakage during operation with hire charges of tractor I/c loading & unloading pumping set.(as per Non schedule item 12.45.4 A)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work.

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.
