Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:- (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm (thirty centimeter)on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. (For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

6 mm (Six milimeter) cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (one cement isto three fine sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (twelve millimeter) to 20 mm (twenty millimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four fine sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimeter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providind and laying Cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five coarse sand) (For roof slab lavelling), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (twenty millimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four coarse sand) : 25 mm (twenty five miliimeter) thick, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (twenty millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm (six hundred isto six hundred millimeter), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm (twenty millimeter) thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (twelve millimeter)(average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Tile brick masonry work 5 cm (five centimeter) thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth and upto floor five level, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (one point five meter), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (fifty meter). All kinds of soil, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand) : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty millimeter) nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeter) dia upto 300mm (three hundred millimeter) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
