Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four M-Sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam to a required thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement Two M-Sand Four aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for bed blocks including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc complete with standard specification.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M50 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2007 Of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 50N mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with Stone Dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, Stone Dust cushion 100mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification
