Contractor/Bidder to insert here-in-above their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) - Rates including amendments No. 1 to 122 and supplementary rates given in tender documents. If net Schedule Rates are offered at PAR with MES Schedule, '0' should be inserted in percentage box. The Less / Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-above shall be deemed firm irrepective of calculations/ amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. NOTES : (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix 'A' to Notice of e-Tender. (ii) The supplementary rates given in tender shall be treated as 'At Par' with SSR and quoted percentage shall also be applicable on supplementary rates.
